The Cambridge Springs Fire Department and Ambulance Service is again sponsoring “NIGHTMARE ON SNOW ALLEY”

Join in the scary fun every Friday and Saturday in October. The “Nightmare” is at the Cambridge Springs Carnival Grounds, 7:pm to 10:30pm (or later) Adults: $6 Children under 12 years of age $4.

Come on out and have a “screaming” good time and support those who help us in those REAL scary times.

All profits from this event go to support the Cambridge Springs Fire Department and Ambulance Service.

Get on your dancing shoes and head on down to Four Seasons Farm for their Barn Dance to benefit Hermitage Youth Services. The Barn Dance will be held Saturday, November 6th at 8090 Sterretania Rd. in Fairview (1 mile west of Route 98) from 6:00pm -10:00 pm.Head out for the night to hear the classic rock sounds of the Second Hand Band and enjoy refreshments and delicious desserts! A cover charge of $10 ($15 per couple) will be collected at the door and a Chinese Auction will take place later on in the evening.

The Barn Dance will offer community members and families an opportunity to enjoy a festive Fall evening while benefiting HHYS’s ongoing commitment to help troubled youth. Hermitage House Youth Services provides a treatment which is based upon the belief that a balance between caring support and consistent discipline, along with appropriate counseling and therapeutic interventions, can make a difference in the life of a troubled youth. This treatment includes educational programming and a great number of services to help youth become responsible adults.

Four Seasons Farm has been giving riding lessons to the Hermitage House since March of 2010.These sessions have increased both the self-esteem and self-confidence of the youth. Melissa, a member of the riding program stated, “I realized that if I could ride a horse, I can do anything at anytime in a positive way.” It is our hope that the benefit will raise funds to allow more Hermitage House youth to ride.
