The band is attempting to get 1 million views of their version by Nov 6th, Election Day.

Still there are those who would dishonor those that gave and guarded freedoms that we have. This is a brief story about how some are saying their thanks. How do you say yours?

It is a day that can be remembered above all others, just like the JFK assassination, or that of Robert Kennedy, or Martin Luther King, and for some even Pearl Harbor.

It is a reminder that there are many in the world who misjudge who we are and what we stand for. We are different than them so we must be evil.

It also serves as a reminder what we owe to those who serve and protect our way of life, those who are the first to respond when tragedy occurs or when there is a threat to our nation.

Take some time this weekend to remember those who lost everything that day in September, and all those who where there to protect us and seek justice for the acts of that day.

GM Band Camp Summer 2010, Drill-Drill-Drill

LMBA Championships will take place at Veterans Stadium Oct 30, beginning at 3:30pm. Nineteen area bands will be preforming their 2010 programs and competing for honors in the A,AA,AAA, and Open Class categories.

This is the moment hundreds of band members have practiced countless hours for. Learning music, drill routines, and perfecting their presentation all comes down to one big night .

It has all the drama and suspense of any other major sporting event. An enjoyable eventing and a chance to see everyone at their best!
