Ok…. so here’s the deal. Daylight Savings Time is supposed to begin in the wee hours of the morning on Sunday. So what you do is set your alarm for 2am. get up and change your clock to 3am and then go back to sleep, or try to!
Your body clock will be messed up for a while, but it’s all in the name of saving energy so the earth doesn’t implode in 12 years.
Cell phones will change by themselves, afterall they are smart phones.
