The golf outing is an 18-hole, four-person scramble. Golfers can win valuable raffles and contest prizes.
The event begins at 1 p.m. with a shotgun start. Admission includes lunch, dinner and a 19th Green. Tickets to this event are $80/golfer $320/foursome.
Opportunities to sponsor a hole and/or donate a prize are still available.
All proceeds benefit the General McLane Foundation, an organization founded in 2005 exclusively for charitable educational purposes to benefit the students of the General McLane School District. The Holiday Arts Fair and the Golf Outing are the organization’s two major fundraising events as both help fund scholarships for graduating seniors. The Golf Outing alone has raised more than $50,000 for General McLane students.
“We are eager to bring together golf enthusiasts together for another event that will help support General McLane students. The General McLane Foundation is a valuable asset for our District and makes a tremendous impact on our students, so we are grateful for the opportunity to raise funds to support it,” said General McLane Specialist for Communications Marissa Orbanek.
Reservations, tickets and/or sponsorships can be obtained now by visiting the GM Website (www.generalmclane.org) or by calling the school district at 273-1033, Ext. 5901.
